Meet Brandon, our team's go-to problem-solver and master of all things mechanical. An electrical engineer by trade, Brandon has a knack for fixing anything and everything—making him our invaluable handyman.
When he's not busy tackling a new project, Brandon loves working with his hands, spending time hunting, and making memories with his family. We're thrilled to have his expertise and can-do attitude on our team!

Cole is our youngest member of our team! He has a strong background in finance and has a true passion for numbers. While he may be the youngest, he more than makes up for it with his incredible work ethic and undeniable drive.
In his free time, you can find Cole diving into fantasy football, traveling to new places, and enjoying time with his family. We're grateful to have his expertise and dedication on our team!

Disposition Manager
Landon joins the WBH Family to help the team with the Acquisition (buying) and Disposition (selling) within our operations. Landon is honest, ethical, hardworking, purpose driven, and full of faith. He makes everyone around him a better person each and everyday. It's more than just buying and selling to Landon - its helping bring value to those around him. He likes spending time with family and friends.

Grant is our Project Manager. He communicates with our clients, creates and organizes our budget, and makes sure everything is on time and according to plan. He is the first point of contact in the process. He will take the time to learn and understand you and your current situation. Then help to create a solution.
Grant enjoys traveling and seeing the world with his wife, relaxing at home on the weekends, computers and software, reading, and working on the business.
Chris Lamont
Project Manager
Chris has over 20 years of building and remodeling experience. His attention to detail and his pursuit of perfection make him special. Chris leads our construction crews from start to finish. Chris is able to take a vision and make it reality.
Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. He loves the outdoors. Fishing, Hiking, and Camping.

Ava is our newest realtor to join our team! Working directly with Laney, Ava brings a fresh, dynamic perspective to the world of real estate. She's passionate about helping clients find their perfect home and is excited to use her innovative approach to serve our community.
When she's not busy with clients, Ava loves spending quality time with her friends and family. Her hobbies include cooking up new recipes and exploring local shops. In the summer, you can find her relaxing and enjoying time at the lake. Welcome, Ava!
Kallie Pope
Administration
Kallie is our administrative guru, ensuring every project runs smoothly. As the key contact for our sellers, she facilitates smooth transactions and keeps all parties in the loop. In addition to her organizational skills, she also manages our social media, sharing our latest updates and successes with the world.
Kallie loves to travel. Her goal is to visit all 50 states with her kids. She also loves spending time with her family.
Laney is all things sales and management. She has the sweetest soul and the biggest heart. She is here for all your questions or concerns throughout the entire process. When an offer is accepted, Laney takes over on the sale. She lines up all of your documents and gets you all the things you will need.
Laney loves all things animals. She rescues cats and kittens as a hobby. She enjoys spending time at home with her husband and kids.

Nate has spent most of his life in the town of Waterville and carries the same great love and passion we all have for this community. Nate brings a great attitude Every. Single. Day. Willing to learn, experience, and get better every day.
Nate enjoys spending time with his family, UFC fights, and getting out and meeting new people.
